Is it actually street legal (more or less), or is it a kiddie cart?
Thought of SunRay, he could stick a solar panel on top, and use it to get around his property....
Nice car..!! Though it looks like a kid car that has jumped out right from a carnival. It looks quite cute and nice too and is quite an interesting thing to look at but it is almost impractical to commercialize it because of the lack of space in the car and the fact that these car would cause more trouble than help. It would be more prone to accidents and other mishaps.
